• It is necessary to bring trousseau clothes. We do not provide bed, table and bath linen.
• Beach items are not provided (Chair and Umbrella)
• When contracting a hosting package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$ 300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all garbage from the property, organization of kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in sight, will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of the property exit inspection.
• Check In Time: from 2 pm to 9 pm (After 9 pm there is a fee of R$ 50.00)
• Check Out Time: from 07:00 to 10:00 (Before 07:00 there is a fee of R$ 50.00)
• Check our listings for properties that accept pets. 1 pet per property is allowed, upon payment of a single fee of R$100.00. Maximum weight of the animal: 10 kg.
