• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all garbage from the property, organization of kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in sight, will result in the total loss of the deposit.

• Check In Time: from 2 pm to 9 pm (After 9 pm there is a fee of R$ 50.00)
• Check Out Time: from 07:00 to 10:00 (Before 07:00 there is a fee of R$ 50.00)
• Check our listings for properties that accept pets. 1 pet per property is allowed, upon payment of a single fee of R$100.00. Maximum weight of the animal: 10 kg.
