Residencial Vila do Sol is located on Canto Grande beach, close to the sea, about 200 meters from the beach.
Important - Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking only on balconies. You will be asked to send a copy of the identity document with photo of all occupants of the property in advance. Third party visits to the property are not permitted. Food is not included in the daily price. The use of an identification bracelet is mandatory.
When contracting the accommodation package, the contract holder agrees to deliver the amount of R$300.00 in cash at check-in to cover any damages caused to the property. If everything is in order after inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at check-out. For check-in or check-out outside opening hours, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged.
