Registration Form: In order for entry into the condominium to be permitted, all guests and invitees must be registered with their full name and document details prior to entering the building.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in and check-out times are flexible and check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is until 10am. If there is no family leaving on the same day as your arrival, we will kindly allow entry from 10am. Otherwise, entry must be made from 3pm.
As for departure, if there is no family arriving on the same day, I cordially offer to extend the stay until 12pm, otherwise check-out must be done by 10am. For an extra fee you can purchase a late checkout and you can stay in the apartment until 9pm.

Night Arrival: As a face-to-face check in, we welcome all guests with pleasure in person and at no extra cost until 6pm, for Check IN after 7pm and until 9pm we charge an additional fee of R$100.00 and after 9pm and until midnight an additional fee of R$150.00 (non-cumulative and sent in advance).
