A casa espaçosa, muito bem equipada e limpíssima, quando chegamos perfeitamente limpa. Tem tudo o que precisamos. Quando avisei sobre minha necessidade de trabalhar online, o sr. Hélio prontamente fez um upgrade na internet. Também foi flexível com o check-in devido à presença da minha vó de quase 90 anos. Tudo foi incrível. In front of the house is a garden with space to sit and enjoy the scenery. In the same way, at the back, a pergola with a bench and a "matinho" to walk around.
The house has 4 bedrooms. sleeps up to 12 people quietly. Best for 10.

Ballroom with exit to large 1200 m2 grassy land. Great barbecue.
The house quietly accommodates 11 people in beds and 01 on a mattress.

You are 500 meters from RISSUL supermarket (has everything) and 1,500 from Rua Coberta and Palácio de Festivais. You can walk. ExpoGramado, (where concerts and parades take place) is 500 m away.
There are, you can even take your pet, if it is small (pinscher, poodle, etc.). They just can't go to the street, but they can stay on the ground.
Think of a comfortable house, a family atmosphere with a grassy patio, sunshine, kids running, cycling or, simply, a lot of tranquility and rest.
We will leave the wood ready for the fireplace, if applicable.
We have 04 bikes available for rides in the condo.
We have volleyball and soccer balls and a field in the condo. We don't like to be played in the courtyard of the house, so as not to spoil the grass, but the field is very close and very nice.

Passamos o Réveillon 2024 em família na casa charmosa do Sr. Hélio. Nossa experiência foi incrível, adoramos tudo, casa impecável, decoração linda, tudo que precisamos tinha na casa. Limpeza, roupas de cama, banho, tudo perfeito. A Ana muito simpática, também nos atendeu muito bem, muito educada e prestativa.
