Érika desde o início foi muito gentil e solícita em responder a todos os questionamentos. A casa é exatamente como está anunciada e é equipada com tudo o se precisa numa casa. A piscina e a churrasqueira integrada à piscina foram o ponto alto da casa, tanto para crianças como para adultos. O condomínio é muito reservado e tranquilo. Para ir até a rua de Pipa, necessário se faz o deslocamento com veículos. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar na casa.
