24-HOUR RECEPTION FOR OUR GUESTS.
Our Beach Studio apartment is 56 m2 and is on the 22nd floor.
It's very ventilated and has a beautiful view. It's on the side of the shade, total vision.
It has two split air conditioners, a DVD player, two LED TVs, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove, and a refrigerator. It's fully furnished. It has a safe and hot water from a gas heater. It has two suites and two bathrooms.
Now also Wi-Fi internet.
Living room with sofa, master suite with double bed and the other suite with 2 single beds.
The condominium has security, a car garage, swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, sports court, etc.
The building is beautiful and modern, the apartments are very comfortable, and besides being close to everything, the building's location guarantees a panoramic view of Ponta Negra Beach.
Studio da Praia was designed with the perfect shape, size, and location for those who love living with freedom. An area that's increasingly valued.
Ponta Negra's nightlife is lively, with attractions including the streets lined with bars and nightclubs to entertain tourists and visitors, as well as the traditional forró pé de serra, a typical northeastern dance.
At the end of the seaside stretch of Avenida Erivan França, there is a fork: the avenue climbs a steep hill, towards the Ponta Negra neighborhood, and the promenade continues for another 2 km, frequented by walkers (in this stretch, there is an absolute predominance of inns, occasionally interspersed with tents).
Ponta Negra, besides being a beach, is a neighborhood in Natal; although the beach is home to tourist establishments, the rest of the neighborhood is inhabited by residents, many from the middle and lower classes. Until recently, Ponta Negra was a place for fishermen to work and a leisure spot for Natal residents (at the time, Praia do Meio was Natal's most popular tourist spot); around 1990, tourism began to grow in the area. A few years ago, foreign investors (primarily Italian, Portuguese, and others) arrived.
