To leave the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains, to the sound of birds.
Pleasant and cozy place, well located, overlooking the mountains, the house has a rustic and simple architecture, masonry, wood and glass, so the room is well glazed, being able to enjoy nature even inside the house. Perfect to relax with the whole family in this accommodation.
Surrounded by woods, it is common to see some insects from time to time.
Sloping garden filled with fruit trees such as: avocado trees, papaya trees, lemon trees, loquat trees, guava trees and banana trees. We recently planted blackberry, cocoa, apple, pear, carambola and jabuticaba seedlings.
The space
The House is not inside a condominium, it is located on an independent plot.
And it is a very serene area and with neighbors who, at the time of the pandemic, saw the quality of life of being there, so it is very familiar and safe.
Away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach of bakeries, markets and pharmacies.
It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, television and wifi. A pantry with a dining table. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove and an electric oven. Main bathroom divided into two parts, open part with sink and closed part with toilet and shower with heater.
A mezzanine, with a single bed and a sink.
Service area with bathroom, tank and washing machine.
Bed linen and pillows are available in the rooms. And in the kitchen crockery, cutlery and pans.
The entire space is freely accessible to guests, garden and pool.
We have a portable grill and an outdoor fireplace.
We provide a firewood kit per day. If you need more firewood, contact the landlord directly.
Housekeeper available for hiring per day for cleaning and kitchen services with arrangement through the lessor.
