On the first floor, there are two large rooms, one main room and the other with mirrored walls, a service area with 2 suites for employees and a guest bathroom. Soon after garage for up to 03 cars.
On the second floor, there is a large living room that connects with the fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
On the 3rd floor, there are 03 suites and a fantastic outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue, sauna, gourmet area and outdoor bathroom.
On the 4th and highest floor of the house is the Master Suite, with an exclusive balcony and a cinematic view.
Minimum daily rates:
Carnival minimum of 03 nights - BRL 6,300.00
New Year's Eve minimum of 07 nights - BRL 6,300.00
Events, photographic productions and recordings – BRL 12,500.00
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days after Check-out.
Check-in time: 2 pm to 6 pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00 to 12:00 - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside opening hours there is a convenience fee and an amount exceeding the daily rate.
PROPERTY RULES:
Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
