The property has the structure to comfortably accommodate 01 to 08 adults and up to 02 children up to 10 years old.
1st floor - Garden with swimming pool, recently renovated, modernized with night lights, flat lawn of 400m2 overlooking the mountain (Pico dos Quatro), fruit trees, a delicate landscaping and a charming Balinese gazebo. The house is surrounded by cozy verandas, has a large covered lounge with air conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for a home office or small meetings. There is a beautiful bamboo and eucalyptus pergola at the back of the house, decorated with lights and a beautiful mosaic panel. On this floor there are 02 toilets, a Nespresso machine, a minibar, a beer machine and a vintage cooler, in addition to the living furniture. The house provides sarongs, towels, slippers, chairs and tents for the beach and pool at no additional cost.
2nd floor - Living room and dining room with air conditioning, piano, games, books, movies, veranda with automated awnings, equipped kitchen, complete crockery for 10 people (with glasses of wine, champagne, etc.). There are 04 complete suites with air conditioning, fan, curtain, high quality bedding, towels and bathrobes.
Guest Access: All spaces described except the garage. It is possible to park in front of the house in complete safety.
Christmas 2023 - Minimum package 03 nights BRL 15,000.00 + cleaning fee and energy and water consumption
New Year's Eve 2023/2024 - Minimum package 07 nights BRL 35,000.00 + cleaning fee and energy and water consumption
Carnival 2024 - Minimum package 05 nights BRL 25,000.00 + cleaning fee and energy and water consumption
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The cleaning fee includes cleaning the whole house before and after, preparing the rooms with all bed linen and towels.
The daily rate includes unlimited mineral water, Nespresso capsules, garden and pool cleaning on alternate days, and additional services: chef or cook and maid daily.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days...
