The house consists of 04 suites, all with air conditioning, TV, minibar and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, TV room, outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue area, deck with lounge area that gives access to the channel to practice water activities.
The property is in a closed residential condominium with 24-hour security, and close to Joatinga beach.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.

Check-in hours: 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 8 am to 12 pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For Check-out outside opening hours, there is a convenience fee and an amount in excess of the daily rate.
