The house is large and airy, located in Condomínio Portinho do Massarú, with 24-hour security, every day of the week. The location is excellent, close to good restaurants, shopping malls and approximately 10 minutes from the beach. Perfect for family!
The advertised daily rates are for up to 10 people. The house can accept up to a maximum of 12 people, with an extra cost of R$ 150.00 per person per day, starting from the 10th guest. It is possible to rent the house for small family celebrations, recording advertising campaigns, photos and films in general. Prices are upon request, as they vary according to demand.

It is possible to hire a maid to clean the property and cook, for a separate payment, to be agreed according to the number of guests.
