The location is excellent, close to good restaurants, shopping malls and approximately 10 minutes from the beach. Perfect for family!
The advertised daily rates are for up to 10 people. The house can accept up to a maximum of 12 people, with an extra cost of R$ 150.00 per person per day, starting from the 10th guest. It is possible to rent the house for small family celebrations, recording advertising campaigns, photos and films in general. Prices are upon request, as they vary according to demand.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The house has a caretaker and maid. The caretaker is responsible for cleaning the external area and pool. The domestic worker stays at the property (stays overnight in the house) in a specific location and is responsible for caring for and feeding the Boxer dog that stays in the house. It is possible to hire a maid to clean the property and cook, for a separate payment, to be agreed according to the number of guests.
