EMPLOYEES:
The property can be rented with maid/cook service, daily rate of R$ 200.00/day, not included in the reservation price.
The property is rented with a caretaker, who stays during the rental and can assist with:
- Purchase of charcoal, ice, water, and refrigerate drinks;
- Maintenance of the outside of the house, keeping it clean and organized every day;
The caretaker can also do this at a separate cost:
- Tours around Rio de Janeiro - Cristo, Pão de Açúcar, tour along the entire waterfront, Parque Lage, Jardim Botânico, taking to the best bars and returning to pick up later, etc - R$ 200.00/day
- Shopping at the supermarket - R$ 150.00 and available every day to go to the supermarket
- Barbecue - R$ 150.00/day

Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 12pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
