3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise hours (maximum until 9pm).
4. In common areas, do not wear swimwear or without a shirt and do not make excessive noise.
5. Obey local rules, such as limiting the number of people in the elevator or disposing of garbage in appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.
The apartment is entire, exclusively yours during the reservation, with 1 double bed and a double sofa bed, in the hottest neighborhood in Rio, Copacabana! Additionally, count on:
1) Wifi, TV, air-conditioned environments, many comfort features;
2) Full kitchen, coffee machine, dishwashers.
