Casa Champagne is an architect-designed mansion with sophisticated landscaping, a pool, and gourmet space, all with ferry access to the beach. It's located in the prime location of Barra da Tijuca in the Santa Mônica condominium.
This contemporary, very clean home features a beautiful living room integrated into the leisure area with a pool and covered gourmet space with a barbecue grill, microwave, freezer, two outdoor bathrooms, and a sauna. The covered porch also offers family meals while enjoying the lush greenery of the garden. There's also a TV room and office.
5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, accommodating up to 12 people with the following bed configuration:
- Master suite: super king bed with reclining sofa - 2 adults and 2 children
- Suite: queen size bed - 2 people
- Suite: double bed - 2 people
- Bedroom: single trundle bed - 2 people
- Bedroom: single trundle bed - 2 people
It has an office, private gym and ping pong table.
The house offers a staff member for tidying and cleaning (daily rate depending on the period) and a caretaker for cleaning the pool and garden.
The condominium has 24-hour security and is located in a prime location in Barra. It's across from Rio Design Barra Shopping Mall, providing convenient access to shops. There's a ferry to the beach. The street is very quiet and tree-lined.
10 minutes from Barra Shopping, 10 minutes from the beach and the Olympic Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Jardim Oceânico subway station (25 minutes to the South Zone by subway) and 15 minutes from the RioCentro Exhibition Center.
On special occasions, such as New Year's Eve, Carnival and others, we only work with closed packages, with differentiated prices and conditions.
Small pets are welcome, with prior arrangement.
