IMPORTANT NOTES:
The house is limited to 16 (sixteen) people, including children.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: up to 12:00 noon - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside of office hours there is a convenience fee.
PROPERTY RULES:
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
