IMPORTANT NOTES:.
The house has 01 maid for cleaning, daily rate of R$ 200.00 per day, not included in the reservation.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: up to 12:00 - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative (employee of the house) will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside of office hours there is a convenience fee.
PROPERTY RULES:
PROHIBITED parties/celebrations/events/after parties on the property.
Pets allowed on property with prior approval.
The house is limited to 16 (sixteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property that occur during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
