The FAMILY FLAT is bright, sunny and comfortable. Exuberant view, facing the forest, from the living room and bedroom windows. The living room has a double sofa bed and a large 3-seater sofa, "loveseat" armchair, large table with granite top, with 6 chairs, TV and a relic record player from the 1940s. The two largest bedrooms have a double bed and bunk bed, one with built-in closet. The flat has 3 ceiling fans. Smaller room with double bed. The flat silence is absolute. Wireless internet. Cable TV. Large kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, 4 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and blender. Basic tableware and kitchen. Two bathrooms. Intercom. The apartment is on the seventh floor, in a building with 2 elevators, friendly staff and a 24-hour doorman.
Other observations:
· We provide a microfiber blanket and a pillow per person, but the daily rate does not include bed and bath linen, guests can bring their own.
· For those who prefer, we rent the bed and bath linen (sheets, pillowcases and bath towels), optional. The single fare is R $ 20.00 per person.
· The rate per extra guest (after 2 people) is R $ 50.00
· We work with packages for special dates like Bauernfest, New Year's Eve, Carnival and long holidays.
