House for vacation rental in Paraty
With its 5 suites, it is perfect for those who want more space, comfort and privacy. A great option especially for groups of couples, families and friends.
Location is excellent, just 1km from the historic center or 3 minutes by car.
Its pool is small but very charming and it's great to sit there on the steps enjoying the sea while your friend grills meat on the barbecue right next door.
If you want to cook, in our American kitchen you will find the necessary utensils as well as a cooktop stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, etc.
If you prefer to relax and eat out, the neighborhood has a market, bakery, beach kiosks and restaurants. All within 100 meters of the house.
Our 5 suites have air conditioning and comfortable box-spring beds. For the convenience of our guests, we provide bed linen and one bath towel per person.
The house also has a TV in the living room, ceiling fan, dining table, sofa and furniture on the balcony.
Cable TV with all movie channels and efficient WI-FI internet.
We do not have parking, but there is ample parking on the beach in front for R$2.15 per hour until midnight or paid parking at Pousada Lagamar for R$30.00 per day for our guests.
We accept pets.
