The house is located in a quiet and very familiar neighborhood, in the internal area of the condominium we have everything guests need to feel comfortable, as if they were at home.Starting with the external area of the condominium, we have the concierge who are always willing to help with whatever is needed, the entire area of the condominium has security cameras so guests can move around calmly and safely, children can play as long as they are respected. each other's space, guests with pets, whenever they go for a walk, must keep them on a leash.
We have the pool area, with chairs, tables, sun loungers and umbrellas, there the guest will also find a bathroom.
At the back of the condominium we have a gourmet area, you will find a freezer, refrigerator, barbecue, tables and chairs, you need to make a reservation, paying an amount that goes directly to the condominium for the cleaning service.
In the apartment we offer everything, on the ground floor you will have a living room, with a sofa bed, TV, a small bar and dining table, in the kitchen we have all the necessary utensils so you can have the option of cooking, if you don't want to go out and enjoy a little more peace, bathroom and laundry area that contains a washing machine, chairs and tables and a sink.
In the upper part we have two suites, one double and the other contains two single beds, both contain a closet, fans, air conditioning, bed linen, you will also find an iron and in the bathroom of the double suite we provide a hairdryer, it is important to remember that there is a small balcony in the couple's suite, but nothing can be hung there, such as towels.
We have two parking spaces, one is in front of the apartment and the other is at the back of the condominium. When guests arrive, the concierge informs them where the second space will be.
Outside the condominium we have a very quiet neighborhood, guests will find a warehouse where they sell a little bit of everything, they don't just work with drinks, there you will find frozen foods, meats, sweets among many other things, we also have pharmacies nearby, two supermarkets large, not far away, very close to the condominium there will be a Hortifruti and a large laundry room.
We receive a lot of guests and everyone really likes the place and the apartment. Paraty is a beautiful city full of events all year round, we look forward to your visit soon.
