Hanging from the basketball hoop is NOT allowed. The basket is NOT professional and does NOT hold a hanging person. If it is bent, the repair WILL BE charged.
We DO NOT provide bed and bath linen. If you are interested in the supply, send a prior message to increase the daily rate.
There are pillows on the beds.
We accept pets of SMALL SIZE (communicate in advance).
DO NOT leave food in the fridge at the end of the stay.
WASH all crockery and utensils used.
GARBAGE must be collected and placed in the external trash.
CLEANING: the cleaning fee charged refers to the previous cleaning of the house (to find the house properly cleaned). Therefore, the house must be returned in good hygiene and clean condition.
LOCATION: 2 km by car from the Center (5 min by car). There are numerous parking lots in the center of Penedo.
