We can accommodate up to 100 people overnight or 180 people for day use.
LOCATION:
Located in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro, between Guapimirim and Teresópolis, the property is fully integrated with nature, surrounded by forests and rivers, and even has its own private waterfall.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
- 1 Main House: furnished, 3 family bedrooms (1 suite and 2 single bedrooms), 1 main kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large living room with TV (satellite), free unlimited Wi-Fi and a large veranda with pool and foosball tables.
- 2 Accommodation Houses: furnished, 2 shared bedrooms with bunk beds and bathrooms/changing rooms.
- 1 Panoramic Covered Party Hall: Accommodates 80 people seated or 100 standing, with 2 bathrooms and 1 gourmet kitchen, ideal for parties, events and religious services.
- 1 Huge Garden: Featuring two swimming pools, one with treated water (with bar, kitchen and bathrooms) and another natural pool in the stream reservoir (with private waterfall and natural shower), gourmet area (barbecue, stove and wood-fired oven), wooden playground for children, secondary hall, grass soccer/volleyball field, garage (for cars, vans and minibuses).
The entire property is crossed by a beautiful stream, from which the constant, welcoming sound of the running water and waterfall can be heard from anywhere, at any time of day. Because of this, the property was named Sítio Berro D'Água (Water-Screaming Farm).
