Ideal for families and friends, the house has a large backyard, pool table, ping pong, bouncy castle, playroom, gourmet area and lawn with volleyball net.

The space
The property consists of 5 bedrooms, including 3 suites on the upper floor.
(2 suites with sea view and 1 suite with garden view).
The master suite has a queen bed, closet and ceiling fan.
Suite 2 (seafront) has a double bed, closet and ceiling fan).
Suite 3 (garden front) has 2 double beds, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
All suites have a balcony.
On the ground floor are the other 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed and ceiling fan and 1 playroom, with a ball pit, seesaw, slide, toys and Smart TV); a shared bathroom and an open-concept kitchen/living room.
The outdoor area of this house is super attractive. In addition to direct access to the beach, the house has a large grassy backyard, a swimming pool and a gourmet area with barbecue, shower and outdoor bathroom.

* living room with 3-seater retractable sofa, 3-seater wooden sofa and 50-inch SmartTV.

* We have a bouncy castle in the front yard and a volleyball net on the lawn behind.

Access to the beach through the backyard of the house.
We provide bed linen and all the necessary utensils for a great stay. However, we have chosen not to provide towels, as this is a very personal item.
We request a security deposit of R$1,500.00, which must be paid via Pix.
This amount will be refunded upon check-out, if no damage occurs to the property and/or utensils.
