This part of the beach is perfect for children and the elderly, as it does not have strong waves, in addition to clean and transparent waters.We started our activities as a vacation rental now in September 2022.
The property is in front of Praia do Forte in Cabo Frio, more specifically in the corner of the fort, close to the lifeguard post 1, foot in the sand kiosk, Lido restaurant and Fort São Matheus.
The LOFT is comfortable and cozy, furnished with a double bed, plus a single bed and a mezzanine, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. It does not have air conditioning, but the room is well ventilated because it is built with ecological bricks that have excellent thermal insulation and there is a wall and mobile fan.
The atmosphere is familiar, the location of the property is very good, one of the best value for money in the city. It is important to point out that as we are not an inn, we do not provide bed / bath linen, asking guests to bring their personal items. However, we have a rental service for such items, in which we only charge a fee for the laundry service.
