Relação de custo benefício muito boa. Condomínio ótimo e o proprietário sempre disposto a nós ajudar, muito educado e prestativo. Localização condizente com o anúncio e perto de restaurantes, mercado, padaria e ao lado da Rua dos Biquínis. Apartamento acomodou bem 4 adultos. Recomendo
