Apartment for vacation rental in Cabo Frio
We started our activities as a seasonal rental now in September 2022.
The property is located in front of Praia do Forte in Cabo Frio, more specifically in the corner of the fort, close to lifeguard station 1, beach kiosk, Lido restaurant and Forte São Matheus.
The flat is comfortable and cozy, furnished with a double bed and a single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It has split air conditioning.
The atmosphere is family-friendly, the location of the property is very good, and it has one of the best cost-benefit ratios in the city. It is important to note that since we are not a guest house, we do not provide bed linen or towels, and we ask that guests bring their own personal items. However, we do offer a rental service for such items, for which we only charge a fee for the laundry service.
We also do not serve meals, so it is necessary to purchase groceries and items that will be consumed during your stay. Our kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator and microwave. We advise guests to purchase water for consumption. We have 20-liter recyclable containers.
The water supply provided by the concessionaire responsible for the region is sometimes affected by the city's overcrowding, meaning we have to use water from our artesian well.
We have a fiber optic Wi-Fi internet network.
Our TV has access to open channels and Netflix.
We do not have private parking, however, on the street where the house is located there is a huge public space that is managed by the City Hall, which charges an average of R$10 per day/car.
Our biggest attraction is undoubtedly the proximity to the beach. Just a few steps from the house, you can enjoy the exuberance of that turquoise blue sea mixed with emerald green, not to mention the white sands.
