Come and enjoy paradise in Cabo Frio and be a guest in a cozy and quiet house between the beaches of Peró, Conchas and Ilha do Japonês. The house that accommodates 06 people consists of a bedroom, bathroom with luxury shower, living room with TV, ceiling fans, sofa, double sofa bed, radio, subscription TV programs and Wi-Fi internet. Kitchen with all utensils. Covered garage for one car. Outdoor area with balcony, hammock and outdoor shower.
Important Notes:
Entrance from 1 pm and departure until 9 am.
Air conditioning (optional): BRL 20.00 for 14 hours of use/day. Prohibited use during the guest's absence from the house.
A security deposit of R$500.00 (check or cash) will be requested at the entrance, which WILL BE RETURNED after the end of the rent, AS LONG AS THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.
A one-time cleaning fee will be charged.
We ask that you bring bed and bath linen.
