Includes bed and bath linen at no additional cost. Super equipped, with 18,000BTUs air conditioning, 43 cable TV, Condominium system, 2 burner cocktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, minibar, Soft Everest cold and natural water purifier, two wifi, one of which private, exclusive apartment with 420 megs in fiber optics. All utensils, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans including pressure cooker. We could not forget iron and ironing board and hair remover.
Our building is located in front of Prainha, considered by many to be one of the best beaches in the entire Lagos Region. With its super transparent turquoise waters, ideal for diving. From the apartment window, with a little luck, we managed to catch a glimpse of turtles and dolphins.
In the Condominium, there is the comfort of two elevators, a sauna with a beautiful view of the sea and a swimming pool on the roof, with a solarium for your relaxation.
Very close, there are restaurants, bakeries, small shops and a supermarket. The distance to the banking and commercial center of Arraial do Cabo is about 1000m.
We are just 6kms from Cabo Frio International Airport, with privileged access.
Access to the Condominium is extremely easy, even for those using the intercity bus lines.
All apartments at Condomínio Loft da Prainha have a parking space on a first-come, first-served basis. The Condominium has more apartments than vacancies. In periods of high influx, it is possible that at certain times the vehicle needs to stay in an external public parking space until, due to turnover, a parking space appears in the building's garage.
