Loft with sea view, fully furnished for your comfort, bedroom and bathroom cabinets, double bed, double sofa bed, air fryer, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, bench with stools for meals, kitchen with cook top stove with 2 burners, refrigerator with water dispenser on the door, plates, cutlery, glasses, blender, toaster... parking space on a rotating basis on a first-come, first-served basis (52 spaces/ 130 lofts) swimming pool and sauna on the roof.
Our entry time is from 2:00 pm and the day of departure can be until 12:00 pm

Even in the middle of high season and the hustle and bustle of Búzios and Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo continues to have a relaxing atmosphere. Considered the Capital of Diving, Arraial has beautiful corals at the bottom of its waters mixed with old vessels, such as the Brazilian Navy warship, Dona Paula and the Dutch ship Harlingen. The main diving spots are on Ilha dos Porcos; by Saco do Cherne; through caves, such as the Blue Grotto; by the contour of Atalaia; and Farol Island (Cabo Frio Island). Arriving at Praia do Farol, which has already been voted the most perfect in Brazil, tourists can climb the hill via a trail in the middle of the dense forest and have a beautiful view of the Lagos Region, as well as being able to see the ruins of the old lighthouse and get to know the new one, which was deactivated due to the fog forming in the region.
The sunset seen from the Pontal do Atalaia viewpoint is something unspeakable, where dozens of people go up at the end of the day to watch it, at one of the highest points in Pontal.
