*A well-equipped American-style kitchen, with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, pressure cooker, pots and pans, cutlery, Pyrex dish, baking tray, glasses, mugs, cups – the bare minimum one should have in a kitchen.

*1 guest bathroom
*1 bedroom with balcony, 2 single beds, 1 chest of drawers, clothes rack with hangers, 1 fan.
