The property is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned, and has 700MB Wi-Fi.
The bed layout ensures complete privacy and comfort: Suite: Air-conditioned, 1 double bed, wardrobe and new Smart TV. Second Bedroom: Air-conditioned, with 1 bunk bed (3 single beds), wardrobe and new Smart TV. The living room has a large double sofa bed and is equipped with a 55" curved TV, Home Theater sound system and karaoke machine with microphones for fun moments. Dominoes and cards add to the fun. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, etc.
We provide all necessary dinnerware and utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc.), bed linens and towels, as well as personal hygiene items (not replenished during your stay). We offer 3 beach chairs and 1 parasol free of charge! Guests are also entitled to 2 free parking spaces within the condominium.
The development offers complete security and high-standard infrastructure on the shores of Araruama Lagoon, and just minutes from the beach. You will have free access to: two swimming pools (adult and children's) with lagoon views, sauna, themed poolside bar, barbecue and pizza area (check availability), exclusive condominium restaurant for your total convenience. Fully equipped gym, on-site mini-market and official OMO laundry in a "Wash and Pay" style. Sports: volleyball net, soccer goals and a footvolley table installed directly on the sand. Entertainment: We have: a movie theater, video games, games room (billiards, ping pong, foosball), playroom and outdoor playground. Ask me about the schedule of seasonal events and shows.
