Enjoying this wealth and having the sensitivity to love listening to the sound of the waves, feeling the wind breeze, the smell of the sea and enjoying a breathtaking view, really, this is priceless!!!!!
We add to all this the pleasure of enjoying a delicious barbecue while having delicious drinks, taking a dip in the pool and watching one of the best sunsets in the world!!!
This is really a cinematic Mansion of approx 600m2 within a plot of 1050m2, it is dedicated
decorated for your well being and leisure!!
Finely decorated Florida Style, perfect finish and best of all with the smell of the sea!!!! Those who are from the sea, like us (owners), always seek the sea and those who are not, also seek, even if only out of curiosity to discover this unique feeling that is to be close to the sea!!!!!
There are 5 comfortable suites with sea views, air conditioning, balcony, queen size bed, particularly decorated. One of them being our Master Suite with approx. 50m2, king bed, whirlpool, sofas, tv, closet and balcony.
1st floor: Bar with 40m2 and internal barbecue, large wooden table for 10 people, refrigerator, sofas, 50p TV, stereo, bamboo ceiling and a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Sun loungers by the pool.
2nd floor comprising living room with 100m2, American style kitchen, wide sea view, table for 12 people, fireplace, sofas, balcony, floor and ceiling in peroba mica, cabinets in tobacco ipe, structure in champagne ipe.
Mansion with private pool, barbecue, sauna, Internet, air conditioning, garden, garage for 3 cars, wooden deck, sky tv, kitchen utensils, refrigerators, washing machine. Provides moderately bedding, bath and pool linen. OBS.: Services of caretakers and cook to hire. Electricity fee for the period paid separately.
1 Smart TV 50p, 1 TV 20p. 1 stereo sound, appliances and much more...
