4 air-conditioned suites and 1 guest bathroom. Accommodates 10 people in beds. It is distributed as follows:
1st ground floor suite with 2 single box-spring beds;
2nd Suite on the ground floor with 1 double box-spring bed and 1 extra single mattress;
3rd suite on the upper floor with 1 double box-spring bed and 2 extra single mattresses;
4th Suite on the upper floor with 1 double box-spring bed, 1 extra single mattress, hairdryer and 32" inch TV.
Note: Mattresses upon request, check availability.
The internal kitchen has a stove, cabinets and complete sets of pans, containers, crockery, refrigerator;
Integrated TV and dining room, with dining table for 8 seats. It has a TV with cable channels;
The suite bathrooms are all equipped with an electric shower, box and toilet and the bathroom is equipped with a sink and toilet;
The laundry area has a washing machine;
In the garage, we have 2 spaces for medium-sized cars, not covered;
In the entrance hall we have 1 table set for 4 seats;
Gourmet area, with bar stools on the counter, and furniture forming a private space;
NOTE: the TV in the gourmet area is not available at the moment.
The condominium has a modern, functional construction and has employees to meet common demands, swimming pool, lounge in the pool area and sauna, it has only 8 houses;
