IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 02 employees, worth R$ 200.00 per day each (8 hours per day), not included in the reservation price.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
The house has fitted sheets, blankets, pillows and a complete bathroom set.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside office hours there is a convenience fee.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
The house can accommodate up to 25 (Twenty-five) people, including children. Above 15 people there is an increase in the price per person added, and children up to 4 years old are free.
Receiving guests is not permitted.
It is forbidden to bring glass into the pool (cups, bottles, etc.).
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
