The house has 5 air-conditioned suites, a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, a delightful balcony with super comfortable furniture, swimming pool and barbecue (private).
Super well located in Geribá, the house is in a structured and safe condominium. Privacy and security just a few meters from the beach.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites, large living room, full kitchen, current appliances, gourmet area with private barbecue, pizza igloo, private pool, fiber optic Wi-Fi and cable TV.
We accommodate up to 12 people in 5 suites, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. The distribution of beds is as detailed below:
Suite 1: Master with 1 reversible king bed (can be separated and turned into 2 single beds), air conditioning and bathroom. (2 people)
Suite 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom. (2 people)
Suite 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom (2 people)
Suite 4: 2 single bunk beds, air conditioning, bathroom (4 people)
Suite 5: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bathroom (2 people) Important!! The crib shown in the photos is not available.
In the kitchen, we have:
Crockery, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, roasting pan, microwave oven and holder for a gallon of mineral water.
In the private gourmet/leisure area, we have:
Barbecue area with accessories, bench, beer maker, duplex refrigerator, cooktop, pizza igloo, outdoor wooden deck for sunbathing, private pool.
There are 3 parking spaces, 2 in the house and 1 in the pool area!
The condominium is family-friendly and has some general rules to maintain good relationships with neighbors and preserve the local aesthetics.
**RULES: It is prohibited to hang clothes on the house's balconies (glass guardrails), the house has a laundry room on the ground floor with lines for hanging wet clothes and it is prohibited to bring pets. The penalties applied for non-compliance are provided for and detailed in the rules of this announcement.**
Note: Gardener and Swimmer usually go in the morning...
