The House is Fully Planned, Well Decorated, Full Kitchen, First Line Finishing, Private Gourmet Area, Private Swimming Pool and Sauna, TVs with SKY, WI FI. There are 4 suites and an air-conditioned room.
The location allows for boat and jet rentals with a deck at the door of the house.

There are 4 air-conditioned suites, a large living room with air conditioning and integrated with the kitchen.
The property is complete and well decorated, equipped kitchen, crockery, utensils, cutlery, appliances, large glass door with access to the gourmet area and swimming pool (on the bank of the canal). We also have a private sauna, fiber optic wi-fi, TV with Sky.
We accommodate up to 10 people in beds, and if necessary, we also make an extra room available, according to the following description:
Suite 1: Master with 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom, closet, and hairdryer. Has canal views (Top level - 2 people)
Suite 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning and bathroom, closet, TV and hairdryer. (Upper level - 2 people)
Suite 3: 1 double bed, 1 extra single mattress, air conditioning and bathroom, closet, TV and hairdryer (Ground Level - 3 people)
Suite 4: 1 double bed, 1 bed lower than the single double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, closet and TV. (Ground level, 3 people)
Note: Check mattress availability
In the kitchen, we have:
Crockery, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove, oven, double door refrigerator, brewer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, roasting pan, microwave oven and water filter.
In the living room, we have: Sofa, large, sideboard, Smart TV and air conditioning.
NOTE:
In the living room we have 2 air conditioners, only one of which is enabled for use and has sufficient capacity for the space.
It has up to 4 parking spaces (depends on the size of the car)
In the gourmet area, we have:
Barbecue grill, bench, barbecue accessories and cabinet to store the corresponding items; Sauna, Private pool, grassy area for sunbathing with sun loungers with incredible views.
