Apartment for vacation rental in Tamandaré
* Sofa bed in the living room (if there is a fifth guest, it must be a child up to 10 years old).* 1 double bedroom, by closing the bedroom (lock) and living room doors, you isolate the bunk bed space by configuring another bedroom.
*Our apartment was designed by architect Monica Albuquerque to meet our needs and make the most of the space with everything we would like to have in the apartment. We are a couple with 2 children and we always had the dream of one day having our own little place on the beach, we made this dream come true and we want to share this very special place for us with other families. We know several beaches, but we consider Tamandaré to be the most beautiful, the sea is perfect, there are natural pools in front of the condominium at low tide, in addition to the proximity to Praia de Carneiros, which is spectacular. Considering this, we made a room for the couple, next door there is a bunk bed to accommodate our 2 children, but the room has a sliding door and lock to maintain the couple's privacy.
By closing the bedroom and living room doors, you isolate the bunk space by configuring another bedroom.
Our bathroom is small, but carefully designed to meet all needs: in the shower there are shelves made of stone and built into the wall so there is no space left for bathroom items. It is rich in closets, has a large mirror, hairdryer, hygienic shower, towel rack and hooks to place towels and clothes.
The kitchen is integrated with the living room and is complete: with oven, microwave, Air fryer, refrigerator, cooktops in the kitchen and balcony, cutlery, utensils, porcelain dinner set, sophisticated glasses, crystal and acrylic glasses for the pool, set of melamine dishes for pool and beach and built-in drainer above the sink.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and external areas.
We also have a gourmet balcony with a table, chairs and external cooktop.
My wife insisted on a laundry room that met all our needs, in it you will find a sink, washer & dryer, cabinets and 2 hidden clotheslines. The laundry room is covered by a removable roof that allows the sun to enter the clothes on the line. This roof can never be closed when air conditioning is on, as the external equipment is there.
