The RoofTop.470 Building offers an excellent structure with 24-hour reception, elevator, air conditioning, laundry, dryer, rotating parking and plenty of convenience for your best season at the beach. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).
