Very well maintained townhouse, 50 meters from the beach. Sleeps fifteen people. Beautiful outdoor area with pool and shower, kiosk with barbecue, pizza oven and toilet. It has two bedrooms on the top floor, both with air conditioning, one with a balcony, a hammock and a view of the sea; bathroom; cozy room with new set of sofa bed and sofa with four seats, 32 inch LCD TV, and glass windows with a beautiful view of the beach. On the ground floor is the third bedroom also with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, both with shower, and the common area of the house: full kitchen, six-burner stove, refrigerator, stone counter, water filter with cold water option, utensils in general (including blender, microwave, juicer and sandwich maker), large pantry and barbecue, attached to the kitchen; laundry with tank (next to the kiosk). Balcony with four hammocks (hammocks for use on site). The house is in a super quiet neighborhood on the beach of Guaratuba, but with easy access to the city center (only 10km). Just two minutes by car from the property is the main street of Coroados, a neighboring beach, where you will find some very good markets, snack options, a pharmacy and other useful shops. The Barra do Saí beach is perfect for families with children because, especially on the beach strip in front of the house, the tranquility is as great as possible. Few people in the sand, which facilitates care for the little ones. Na semana que ficamos lá pegamos tempo bom, mar quente e limpo, praia limpa, bem vazia e segura.

A casa é bem equipada mesmo, cadeiras de praia, guarda sol, redes, eletrodomésticos, ar condicionados, colchões novos e encapados.
