Welcome!• This is a room with an independent entrance/exit from the house, no sharing with other people in the house!

• The location is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery and is 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the center by car.
• Relevant informations:
It has wi-fi, 1 parking space, minibar, induction cooker, kitchen utensils, blender, air conditioning, electric shower, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, extra air mattress and hammock.
Note: Bed linen included, except towel.
• Payment method: pix or cash (made on the 1st day of hosting).
• Relevant instructions:
* When leaving, please turn off lights and air conditioning.
* Do not sleep more than one person in the single bed, it only accommodates one person.
• In case of withdrawal, please notify 7 days in advance.
