With a privileged view of the sea from both bedrooms, this apartment combines comfort, functionality and a strategic location in Vila Velha. The suite has a double bed, air conditioning, a clothes rack and great natural light. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and an additional single bed, also with air conditioning, a clothes rack and the same enchanting view.
The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a space to relax after a day of sightseeing or work. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals. The laundry room with washer and dryer provides autonomy during longer stays, and the balcony with benches is an invitation to relax outdoors.
About access to space:
You will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and the parking space.
The condominium’s leisure areas — such as swimming pool, sauna, court and playground.
About host interaction:
Whenever possible, we conduct check-in in person to show you the space carefully and ensure that you feel at ease from the start. When this is not possible, we send you an explanatory video and all the necessary instructions along with the access PIN code. During your stay, we offer quick support via the app for any questions or needs.
General notes:
▸ Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a starter kit with toilet paper and soap (not replaced during your stay).
▸ The kitchen is equipped for extended stays, and the laundry room has a washing machine and retractable clothesline.
▸ Before check-in, all guests must complete the registration form (FNRH), as required by the condominium.
▸ The reservation includes up to 4 guests. For the 5th guest, an additional fee of R$50.00 per night will be applied.
▸ The building is strictly residential — no visitors, parties, pets, smoking or commercial activities are allowed.
▸ Mandatory quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
