Small house, with integrated living room and kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and open laundry area, with 200 Mb Wi-Fi, 1 km from Stella Maris beach and 8 minutes from the Airport, close to markets, bars, shops, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, gyms, laundries, salons, squares, etc. It's the ideal location for those who want to enjoy vacations or need to work, but don't give up their quality of life at the weekend.We have a water filter, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop, crockery, utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker and sandwich maker. In the small laundry area (open) there is a tank for washing clothes. In the living room, a 32" Sony Smart TV with sound system, folding table with 1 chairs and a 2-seater sofa bed, ceiling fan and window with curtain. In the bedroom, air conditioning, a comfortable double bed, pillows, clothes rack and closet for clothes.

Comments:
➡ Access to the house is via stairs (6 steps), so it is important to be very careful when going up and down, when opening the security grille and when entering the residence.
➡ This house is located on the access road to Stella Maris beach - known for its intense movement and associated noise (from cars, pedestrians and local businesses) - especially on weekends, during holidays and parties... If necessary of "peace and quiet", we suggest rethinking 😉
➡ We are not inside a condominium and there are no parking spaces. There are parking spaces on the street, almost always in front of the accommodation itself.
➡ The open TV signal is poor throughout the region, despite the internal antenna installed. Abuse Netflix!
➡ Next to the house there is a very good value for money pizzeria, which basically serves delivery, and is open until 11pm.
➡ The room is very quiet and dark, perfect for rest.
➡ Trash must be taken to Qd. 702, Cond. Dunas de Stella: leaving the house, right at the post and right again at the first large gate.
➡ Included: water, electricity, gas, internet and Netflix expenses.
