➡ Attention!! The balcony does not have a safety net.
➡ The open TV signal is poor throughout the region, despite the external antenna installed. Abuse Netflix!
➡ We are not inside a condominium and there are no parking spaces. There are parking spaces on the street, almost always in front of the accommodation itself.
➡ Below the house there is a pizzeria, with great value for money. It is open until 11pm and its activities are mainly delivery.
