▪ We do not allow VISITORS in our accommodations. Overnight stays for adults, children, babies or pets not specified at the time of will be charged at R$200 (two hundred reais) per day, per person, as a fine.
▪ The cleaning fee is NON-negotiable: it is used to cover the costs of staff, cleaning products, laundry, supplies and everything we use to leave the accommodation ready for each stay. DURING your stay, cleaning the place is your responsibility: an extra cleaning fee may be charged if the accommodation is left very dirty or littered.
▪ Damaged or stained towels or sheets (makeup, sunscreen or others) will be charged to the guest for replacement at R$ 100 (one hundred reais) per piece.
▪ For stays longer than 7 days, we offer a linen replacement service (sheets and towels). The service must be scheduled in advance with the host.
▪ FOR A CHECK-OUT NOTE 10: Collect your trash and leave your dishes clean before leaving. Turn off everything you have turned on since you arrived and don't forget to leave the key in the same place you found it 😉
