Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment has 1 suite with air conditioning and Smart TV, Wi-Fi, cozy living room, full kitchen and balcony with incredible beach views. In addition, the building has an adult pool, gym, sauna and maid service from Monday to Saturday.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**For reservations of more than 15 nights, we charge for energy consumption. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, split air conditioning, closet, minibar, blackout curtain and Smart TV (with cable TV).
The privileged location, together with the entire style of decoration, are the distinguishing features that make my space unique in Salvador. It is located close to Aracajé da Dinha, which is considered one of the main tourist and cultural points of Salvador, with several bars and a renowned nightlife. In addition, it is close to Praia da Paciência, a beautiful and attractive local beach.
The Rio Vermelho neighborhood is without a doubt the best neighborhood to enjoy the best that Salvador has to offer, besides the beach and proximity to tourist attractions. It also has markets, pharmacies, bars, nightclubs and, best of all, without the need to use a vehicle.
