Excellent apartment with bedroom and living room, located in front of Praia do Buracão, in Rio Vermelho.Located on the 2nd floor, my apartment has 1 suite with split air conditioning and Smart TV with cable channels, living room, full kitchen and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. In addition, the building offers a swimming pool with sea view, gym, sauna and electric barbecue.
We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 days charge water and energy;
***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$500.00. It must be carried out via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the conservation/property.
The composition of the room is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 Queen bed, Split type air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtain and closet.
NOTE: Double sofa bed in the living room.
