Excellent apartment with 2 floors, excellent location, 200m from the beach, with excellent infrastructure, swimming pool, barbecue area and 24-hour concierge.It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite, 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, making it a suite), living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool!
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, fan, closet and blackout curtain;
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;
Bedroom 2 (Superior): 1 bunk bed and ceiling fan.
*NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom, making them a suite.
Located in the Praia do Flamengo region, the best beach in the region, with the best tents, Lôro and Pipa!
If you enjoy being in peace and enjoying the sun, Praia do Flamengo (Salvador) has some stretches devoid of excessive movement and some more deserted spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature and tranquility.
