The house features a large outdoor area equipped with a swimming pool, games room, and covered gourmet area with barbecue. All bedrooms are equipped with split-type air conditioning, and the living room has a bar and a fully equipped kitchen.
We take great care of the house with the utmost affection and attention, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge for electricity with an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;**
***A security deposit of R$1000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation, and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the registration and clearance documents for all guests at the reception/property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning;
Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, wardrobe;
