Great house with 5 suites (1 on the ground floor), located in the Pedra do Sal subdivision, in Itapuã, just 100m from the beach and 300m from Barraca do Lôro.The house has a large outdoor area equipped with a swimming pool, games space and covered gourmet area with barbecue. All rooms are equipped with split air conditioning, living room with bar and fully equipped kitchen.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Itapuã has one of the most beautiful coastlines in Salvador, with the best restaurants and family leisure activities.
The condominium offers a sports area, children's playground and 24-hour security.
The distance from the property to Salvador International Airport is just 12 km.
**IMPORTANT: Property is in a residential area. Parties and noise are not allowed from 8pm until 8am.
