We take great care of the house with the utmost affection and attention, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
**For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
***A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation, and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the registration and clearance documents for all guests at the reception/property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split-type air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.
Suite 2: 1 double bed, split-type air conditioning, blackout curtains, wardrobe, and Smart TV.
Note: We have a sofa bed in the living room.
My place is close to restaurants, pizzerias, sushi bars, delicatessens, a supermarket (across the street from the building), coffee shops, an Itaú Bike station, a post office, beauty salons, a laundromat, educational/cultural institutions, churches, and gas stations.
The Graça neighborhood is close to Salvador's Historic Center (including Pelourinho), Mercado Modelo, Elevador Lacerda, Yacht Club of Bahia, UFBA (Federal University of Bahia), shopping malls, Santo Antônio da Barra Church (with a breathtaking view of the Bay of All Saints), the Port and Barra Lighthouse, which houses the Bahia Maritime Museum. It is also adjacent to the Carnival circuits, true explosions of joy!!
Also noteworthy is the Mirante Vitória/Wildberger viewpoint, an observatory overlooking the sea of the Bay of All Saints, located in Largo da Vitória, which is a great and pleasant option for enjoying the beautiful view, especially at sunset.
